When it comes to bathrooms and wet areas, the devil is in the detail. Here, you can see the clever use of wallpaper behind the vanities that give the space a handmade feel. And again, just like the rest of KWR, joinery has been constructed to look like furniture pieces, bringing continuity and a luxurious finish to every room.

The selection of tiles, tapware finish and choice of basins and bath are warm, textural and functional – consistent with the rest of the house. Underfloor heating with the addition of cleverly placed architectural lighting and large, curved mirrors bring the WOW factor to wet areas, and are surprisingly low maintenance.

This is part of our KWR project. See the kitchen, lighting and clever storage in this property.
