The outdoor space at KWR has been infused with materiality, a sense of scale with a number of considered elements that invokes a sense of surprise as you wonder through the space.

The outdoor entertaining space is broken up by elevated floor levels and the use of plants to create clean and open spaces, as well as relaxing nooks. The considered placement of greenery gives great textural contrast and depth throughout the outdoor spaces.

The use of coloured render on the exterior of the building adds to the personality and reflects back seamlessly to the internal spaces. The pool fencing is a combination of white perforated metal screening and glass, giving a ‘barely-there’ illusion to create a light, airy and clean aesthetic. Furniture and cushions have been used to infuse pops of colour throughout the space. All of this is complimented by well-placed and carefully selected external lighting.
